Emerson Place Reserve is located along Braeburn Parade in Rowville, directly opposite the popular Wellington Village Shopping precinct and is the first of three new fenced off-leash dog areas planned for Knox.

The new space has two main areas with a transition area between them, featuring a large off-leash dog area for general play and a smaller space for smaller, more timid dogs. The design reflects feedback from the local community and has blended perfectly into the open space of the reserve.
