Our journey began with a humble pot still and a sense of adventure, daring to break conventions by infusing our gins with unique botanicals like Desert Limes, Davidson Plum, and Wattleseed. Today, Applewood Distillery continues to craft exceptional gin that bottles the untamed beauty and vibrant culture of Australia.

Applewood Distillery in Gumeracha is a dog-friendly haven for spirit lovers and their furry friends! We craft small-batch, handcrafted spirits that capture the essence of our unique local sites and soils. While dogs are welcome to join you throughout most of the distillery, please note they can’t join the distillery tours as it’s a production zone.
