We provide gentle guidance and support while working with your pets, which allows us to encourage a calmer grooming atmosphere. We watch for specific behaviours and avoid labels to better understand and respond to the animal’s communication. Slowing down the pace to allow them to feel relaxed enough to tolerate and even enjoy visits to the groomer is a priority for us, as well as the safety and the wellbeing of your pet which is why we are also Pet First Aid and CPR certified and are always continuing our education through several grooming and animal behavioural courses.
