Our friendly staff would like to welcome you to The Territory Manor Motel & Caravan Park. We endeavour to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable while staying at The Territory Manor.

Our park comprises of 26 uniquely constructed Australian rammed earth motel rooms. 42 powered caravan sites, and unlimited non-powered camping sites. The Territory Manor has an inviting sparkling blue swimming pool for you to relax and enjoy your stay, as well as a large undercover camp kitchen.

We have an abundance of wildlife at the park, from our wild peacocks, rock wallabies and native birds.

We are centrally located to both the Mataranka Hot Springs, and the Bitter Springs Thermal waters.
