Just over ten years ago Linda and her friend decided to start a mobile dog washing business in Sydney. It was something she really enjoyed, meeting lots of different dogs every day, and working in a physical role. Linda found it to be a very rewarding job, especially when she would pull up and the dog would get excited to see her! Starting with a tangled smelly dog and handing back a clean and happy dog was always satisfying.

After several years of dog washing it was time for Linda to do her own things, such as travelling and a couple of moves interstate. Two years ago Linda and her husband moved to Tasmania to settle down on Tasmania’s west coast in Queenstown. Together they explored the West & North West Coast and fell in love with the area.

After a couple of years on the west coast of Tasmania, it was obvious that there was a need for a dog grooming service as people had to travel a considerable distance to get their dogs groomed professionally. This got Linda thinking, and she felt that it would be an industry she would like to get back into to service the people of the West Coast. So, in April 2018 she travelled to Melbourne, where she trained under Nicky Renwood, a professional groomer, grooming judge, show judge & certifier of IPG – International Professional Groomers. She learnt valuable skills required from Nicky in the grooming industry, and came away with new techniques and confidence. From here she set up a home based business, to groom & wash dogs.

Linda offers a range of services, from a basic bath for your smelly hound to a full clip to keep your Maltese Terrier, Shi Tzu, Labradoodle and other breeds comfortable and tangle free. She offers services by appointment, to ensure enough time is allocated per groom, and thus providing a stress free experience for your pet.
