Puppy Partners is owned and operated by Felice Case. She is a Karen Pryor Certified Training Partner, a graduate of the Companion Animal Sciences Institute and the Delta Institute and is also a professional member of the Pet Professional Guild Australia and the Association of Pet Dog Trainers. She is also a qualified certificate IV veterinary nurse.

Committed to providing the most effective, efficient solutions to her client’s puppy training needs, Felice is dedicated to ongoing continuing education and professional development by attending several seminars and workshops each year to keep up to date with all industry literature.

Puppy Partners focuses on teaching puppies using positive reinforcement methods to help them grow into wonderful companions for life.

When not helping clients with their puppy’s behaviour, Felice spends her time with her own Golden Retriever.
